3 Years Warranty - One of the Longest in the Segment

While most Smart TV brands in India offer a standard 1-year warranty, every EricssonPlus TV comes with 3 years of coverage - a 1-year standard manufacturer warranty plus an additional 2-year extended coverage, included at no extra cost. It's our way of standing fully behind the quality of what we build, and one of the strongest warranty commitments anywhere in the segment.

Repairs under warranty are carried out exclusively through EricssonPlus authorized service centers, using genuine or Samsung-grade equivalent replacement parts where required.

Warranty Terms

  1. Proof of purchase (original invoice) is required to claim warranty service.
  2. Repairs under warranty must be carried out only by EricssonPlus authorized service personnel.
  3. For locations beyond the service area of an authorized center, the customer is responsible for transporting the unit to the nearest authorized center, at their own cost.
  4. If any part of the unit is repaired or replaced during the warranty period, the warranty continues only for the remaining unexpired period - it is not extended or restarted.
  5. Free installation/demo is available once, within 6 months of purchase, for applicable models.
  6. EricssonPlus's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts; liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
  7. Where original spare parts are unavailable, EricssonPlus reserves the right to offer a fair commercial resolution in place of repair.
  8. Warranty service is provided on a "carry-in" basis unless otherwise advised by the service center; transportation costs to the service center are the customer's responsibility.
  9. Replacement parts used during repair may be new or refurbished, and function equivalently to the original part.
  10. All disputes arising from this warranty are subject to the jurisdiction of Gurgaon, Haryana.

This Warranty Does Not Cover

  1. Products not purchased from an authorized EricssonPlus dealer or the official website.
  2. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the instructions in the user manual.
  3. Damage from external causes such as power surges, lightning, liquid damage, or accidents.
  4. Any unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering with the product.
  5. Products with the original serial number removed, altered, or made illegible.
  6. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
  7. Damage caused by pests, insects, or rodents.
  8. Use of the product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose (e.g., commercial use of a product intended for personal/home use).

  1. Register your product on ericssonplus.com within 15 days of purchase for faster service.
  2. Contact our support team via the Support & Service page, WhatsApp, or customer care number.
  3. Share your proof of purchase - invoice or registered warranty details.
  4. Our team will guide you through diagnosis and, if applicable, schedule a repair through your nearest authorized service center.
